Video:Gary Morgan, a real life Roads Scholar, visits Oxford University the home of Rhodes Scholars
Gary Morgan, with his spartan budget video crew, Mitch Garner and Jennifer Hildreth, produced a video on Oxford University and the historic track where Roger Bannister broke the 4-minute-mile barrier. I visited Oxford in 1967 as a college student, a first time out in the big world sort of thing. I had no clue then that Oxford was the tract where the mile mark was set.
