Ian Forsyth

Ian's Innards: House Addiction

From time-to-time, Michigan Running News will be featuring "Ian's Innards" by Ian Forsyth. Forsyth is a 1996 graduate of the University of Michigan and a native of London, Ontario. Forsyth was a member of the 1995 NCAA champion distance medly relay team, a two-time member of Team Canada and the 1997 Michigan Runner of the Year. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife Jessica and three daughters.
