We've Got Mail
July August 2002 Michigan Runner
Dear Art, Jennie, and Scott: I wanted to write a short note to congratulate you on the outstanding
May/June 2002 issue of Michigan Runner. It is an interesting,
informative issue top to bottom, but I particularly liked the article on
"Warhurst's Warriors," a truly inside look that no one, anywhere has
captured. I thought the Chris Lear interview with Dathan Ritzenhein was
excellent as well. I look forward to future issues. Warm regards, Craig A. Masback CEO, USA Track & Field
Dear Michigan Runner, I have to tell you that I think your new web site is terrible. I'm just trying
to find a calendar of Michigan running events, and cannot find it. On the
calendar page, the filter for Michigan only events does not appear to
work. What was wrong with the old Michigan calendar of events? And I
am not interested in michiganrunner.tv. I have a high speed Internet
connection, but I'm not interested in watching small picture, low quality
video clips. I hope you will go back to the old format. Hubbs Grimm Thanks for the feedback. You'll find the complete calendar on
michiganrunner.com. We have been publishing the MR online for five
years now without a revenue stream and the new site does provide us
some income. On the TV side, try viewing the show with Windows Media
Player. The picture is not small and the quality is rewarding. When
bandwidth ceases to be a problem, we will be well positioned with our
show. -- Art McCafferty, Publisher
