__/ QUOTE OF THE WEEK - In answer to the question "Least favorite workout, but most helpful?" "2x6 miles at Stoney Creek Metro Park. Not only is each mile :03 long, the place is the coldest, windiest, hilliest place on Earth. I hate it there."

--Clint Verran, Interview with runmichigan.com. Thanks to Mark Neal for contributing this quote.

__/ ROD DEHAVEN - RUNNING NETWORK TV INTERVIEW - Rod DeHaven was the sole US athlete competing in the men's marathon at the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney.
