Running Fit store on Haggerty, north of Six-Mile. The hilly course travels
through downtown Northville, then on a bike path along Hines Drive.

__/ CRIM BOARD LEADERSHIP SHIFTS DUE TO PATRIOTIC DUTY
Flint, MI - The Crim Festival of Races announced its new executive
leadership for 2003 two months ago and already changes in the
executive leadership have been made. In January, the Crim Board of
Directors elected Mark Yonan as President of the organization, Clif
Turner as Vice President, Nancy Dillingham, Secretary, and Timothy
Purman as Crim Treasurer.
But Yonan, first elected to the Crim Board in 2001, has also served with
the Marine Corps Reserve in Saginaw for the past 10 years. Yonan was
called to active duty on February 24 and was off to fight the war against
Iraq by the end of the week. Replacing Yonan until his safe return is
Crim Vice President Clif Turner, recently retired educator with the Flint
City Schools.
"It's always something when you put on an event of this magnitude,"
says race director Sherlynn Everly, with a smile. "The Crim is blessed to
have such quality leadership. Clif is a board member of long standing,
and is filling Marks's shoes without losing a beat."
This year's Crim Festival of Races is Saturday, August 23, 2003. Details
will be posted at http://crim.org as they become available.

Cross Country Championships in Lausanne Switzerland this weekend.

member of the Junior Team. The Junior Women's 6K is the first event of
the Championships on Saturday. University of Michigan alum Katie
