__/ MICHIGAN ENTRANTS DOMINATE PAPA JOHN'S 10 MILER, APRIL 10

Eight of the 23 elite entries in the Papa John's 10 Miler -- the USATF 10 Mile Championship, are Michigan runners. Trent Briney, Clint Verran, Brian Sell, Ben Rosario, Carl Rundell, Kevin Doyle, Ryan Shay, and Paul Aufdemberge will compete for prize money and points on the USA Running Circuit, a USA Track & Field road racing series.

__/ NEW YORK LOOKS TO FLINT'S CRIM FOR NEW IDEAS

The New York Road Runner Foundation is looking to the Crim Festival of Races for help in expanding their already successful youth running program, with more than 100 participating schools. Chrissy Odalen visited several Flint area schools during a two-day visit April 5 and 6 to observe the Crim's successful "Crim Feelin" Good Mileage Club, and to learn about the Crim Summer Running Clubs, Crim Kids? Classic and the Teddy Bear Trot.
