__/ TIM BROE CATCHES BIGGEST MICHIGAN TROUT IN BETSIE RIVER The trout was at least 22 inches, said Tim. We found Tim caddying for fiance Vanessa Bell at the Michigan Women's Open Golf Championship at Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville this week. Tim, recovering from injuries after winning the USATF 5K championship on the track last month, was enjoying the fishing in the pristine Betsie River. Was it really the biggest trout? We'll never know, 'cause Tim threw it back.
