The Harvest Stompede features the walk/run through the vineyards in either the 7-mile run through the exclusive Harvest Stompede Trail (It is only accessible one day a year) or a fun run/walk through our 5 K "Stinger" course.

Both courses offer scenic views of the Leelanau Peninsula, West Grand Traverse Bay and the experience of being in the heart of local agriculture: our vineyards.

Runners need to be at Ciccone Vineyards on Hilltop road no later than 9:00 am Saturday for the race start at 9:30 am. Michigan Runner will be there with our cameras. For more detail about available tickets and entries, see http://www.lpwines.com/harvest-stompede.shtml

__/ ADIDAS SUPPORTS SCOTIABANK TORONTO WATERFRONT MARATHON

Building on the success of last year's race, that saw two age-group world records, this year's Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon continues its march to international-class status, buoyed by a 5-year "presenting" sponsorship deal with adidas.

The partnership with adidas has brought the event a level of runners not seen in a marathon on Toronto's streets in a long while. On September 28th last year, Canadian Ed Whitlock and British Sikh, Fauja Singh, put Toronto on the map as they set new age-group world records for 70+ and 90+. http://torontowaterfrontmarathon.com
